The online sales site boutique.mosl.fr is managed by the Moselle Attractivité association (hereinafter the ‘organising company’), an association governed by articles 21 to 79 - IV of the local Civil Code maintained in force in the departments of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle, registered with the Tribunal d'Instance de Metz volume 175 Folio 69 - SIRET number 824 871 768 00027, whose registered office is located at 2-4 rue du Pont Moreau, 57000 METZ (France).
It is specified in advance that these terms govern the sale of its products by Moselle Attractivité to any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website boutique.mosl.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the CUSTOMER.”
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, along with the order form and order confirmation, constitute the sales contract between Moselle Attractivité and the CUSTOMER regarding the sale of the ordered products.
Any order placed on the website boutique.mosl.fr requires the CUSTOMER to accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety and without reservation.
In case of disagreement with the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the CUSTOMER should not use the website.
Moselle Attractivité reserves the right to adapt or modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice, with such adaptations or modifications being applicable to all orders placed after such changes.
In the event of a modification, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the CUSTOMER’s order are those that were online and accepted by the CUSTOMER on the day of placing their order.
Article 1 – Definitions
The terms and expressions identified by a capital letter in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale have the meanings indicated below (whether used in the singular or plural).
- General Terms and Conditions of Sale: refers to this document, which includes the terms and conditions applicable in the relationships between Moselle Attractivité and the CUSTOMER.
- Order: refers to the purchase order made by the CUSTOMER for one or more Product(s) or Service(s) through the use of the website boutique.mosl.fr or via Customer Service.
- Website: refers to the internet site accessible at the address boutique.mosl.fr.
- Product: refers to a product or service offered for sale on the website boutique.mosl.fr.
- CUSTOMER: refers to an individual or legal entity, a consumer, who uses the website boutique.mosl.fr and purchases one or more Product(s) for personal needs, having previously accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relationships between Moselle Attractivité and the CUSTOMER, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website boutique.mosl.fr.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, and that you have given your consent to allow any minor under your responsibility to make purchases on this online sales site.
The use of our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited.
Moselle Attractivité reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the CUSTOMER's order.
Article 3 – Prices
The prices listed on the product sheets of the online catalog are in Euros (€) (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI).
The association Moselle Attractivité reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the CUSTOMER.
The products remain the property of boutique.mosl.fr until full payment is received by boutique.mosl.fr.
Promotional products will be indicated by a "PROMOTION" sticker or by a strikethrough price. Our promotions are valid within the limits of available stock at the time of the order and during the display period.
The prices of the Products indicated on the website boutique.mosl.fr do not include processing and shipping fees, which are charged in addition to the price of the purchased Products and based on the total amount of the order.
Article 4 – Order

To this end, the CUSTOMER agrees to provide complete, accurate personal information that allows for precise identification in any situation. Any fanciful or defamatory personal information may result in the closure of the CUSTOMER's account and the cancellation of their Order.
The account creation section is directly accessible from the main menu bar. On each visit, the CUSTOMER, if they wish to order or consult their account (order status, personal information, etc.), must identify themselves using this information.
Article 5 – Payment
The price of the Products and the logistics preparation and delivery fees are payable in full by the CUSTOMER at the time of placing the Order.
The website boutique.mosl.fr may offer the Customer various payment methods to choose from:
- By credit card: After selecting the credit card payment method, the Customer is redirected to the secure interface of the payment system to safely enter their personal credit card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is recorded, and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable.
- By bank transfer: After selecting the bank transfer payment method and upon validation of the order, the Customer receives a confirmation of the order registration. To finalize their payment and initiate the processing of their order, the Customer must transfer the amount corresponding to their order to the bank account of Moselle Attractivité, the details of which are provided to the Customer at the end of the order. Upon receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed, and the Customer will be notified by email.
- By check: After selecting the check payment method and upon validation of the order, the Customer receives a confirmation of the order registration. To finalize their payment and initiate the processing of their order, the Customer must print this order form, accompanied by their check made out to Moselle Attractivité, to the following address: 2-4 rue du pont moreau, 57000 Metz.
No cash payments should be sent. In the case of payment by check, it must be issued by a bank located in metropolitan France or Monaco. Upon receipt of the check, the order will be processed, and the Customer will be informed by email. Moselle Attractivité will ship the products within approximately 10 days, subject to the verification of funds by the banking institutions.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the signed original delivery note. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery of the Products will occur after the payment for the Order has been recorded, to the delivery address specified by the CUSTOMER during the order process. An email will be sent to the CUSTOMER to inform them of the shipment of the Products.
The CUSTOMER has the option to choose from various delivery methods.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method (home delivery, pickup point, post office, etc.), the weight of the package, and the destination location.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. If these times exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be terminated, and the Customer will be refunded.
Article 8 – Warranty
All products offered by Moselle Attractivité on the website boutique.mosl.fr benefit from the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a sold product, it may be returned to Moselle Attractivité, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it. Article 9 – Liability

The computerized records kept in the information systems of Moselle Attractivité under reasonable security conditions will be considered as proof of communication, orders, and payments made between Moselle Attractivité and the Customer.
Article 10 – Security

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, and strikes of any kind. Moselle Attractivité will inform the CUSTOMERS of the occurrence of an unforeseen event or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence. If this suspension continues for more than fifteen days, the CUSTOMER will have the option to cancel the ongoing order, and the price of the ordered products and the paid delivery costs will be refunded.
Article 14 – Applicable Laws and Competent Jurisdictions
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Only the French version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is authoritative. In the event of difficulties arising from the Order, delivery of the Products, and more generally from the execution of the sale, the CUSTOMER will have the option, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, notably with the assistance of a consumer association or any other advisor of their choice.
